Justice, Law And Facts

Justice is about the law and facts. The facts are what is adjudged admissible and established before the court.

The law is what the court says it is, on the basis of precedence and/or statute, with precedence taking precedence.

What is fair and just in the eye of the law is what the court says it is. That might not agree with the ‘truth’ as seen by others outside the court.

But that ‘truth’ which is only the opinion of the holder cannot assume superiority or rightness unto itself.

The most appropriate barometer for determining what is true, just and fair is the Court.

To strip the court, which has been trained and equipped to interprete the law and adjudicate, of that power is to sign on to anarchy and chaos, as a prelude to a possible descent into a state of nature.
