The traditional ruler of Ikate-Elegushi kingdom, Oba Saheed Elegushi, has felicitated the Esama of Benin kingdom, Sir Gabriel Igbinedion as the elder statesman, philanthropist and community leader marks his 90th birthday anniversary.
