Man, 22, Docked For Forcing Girl, 11, To Suck Dick

A 22-year old man, Olamilekan Olayiwola, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly forcing his dick into the mouth of an 11-year old girl in order to satisfy his sexual desires. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 31st January, 2025, at Olaniji Street, Juli Estate, Oregun area of Ikeja, Lagos, where they reside.
According to the Police, the suspect lured the victim, kissed her intimately, then brought out his dick and inserted it into her mouth forcefully to suck and thereafter penetrated her.
However,  the dastardly act leaked and the victim’s parents reported the matter to the Police at Ikeja Division. The Police operatives moved into action, arrested the suspect and detained him at the station for interrogation over his alleged conduct.
After interrogation, the Police found him culpable and consequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence.
The charges read:
Count 1:”That you, Olamilekan Olayiwola ‘m’ on the 31st day of January, at about 1700hrs, at Olaniji Street, Juli Estate, Oregun, Ikeja, in the Ikeja Magisterial district, did sexually assault the victim by kissing her lips and inserting your penis into her mouth and thereby committed an offence Contrary to and punishable under Section 203 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State 2015.”
Count 2:”That you, Olamilekan Olayiwola, ‘m’ on the same date, time and at the aforesaid Magisterial District, did defile the victim by inserting your penis into her vagina and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 137 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State 2015.”
The Court did not take his plea when he was arraigned following a motion moved by the prosecutor, Supol Akeem Raji, asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice because of the serious of the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Kusanu, ordered his remand in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for advice.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant was remanded pending when the DPP’s report will be ready, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
