The endorsement came during a strategic meeting held at the campaign secretariat, where influential Labour Party stalwarts and grassroots mobilisers from Ward E and F unanimously agreed to back Hon. Odunmbaku, citing his remarkable achievements, inclusive governance style and people-focused developmental projects across the LCDA.

Speaking on behalf of the party leaders, Mr. Agbaje, a senior Labour Party figure in Ward F, described Hon. Odunmbaku as “a visionary leader who has consistently delivered on his promises and prioritised the needs of residents above party lines”.

He further noted that Odunmbaku’s administration has brought unprecedented infrastructural growth, youth empowerment initiatives, and improved welfare services to Ojodu.

Hon. Odunmbaku, who is seeking a second term under the banner of the All Progressives Congress (APC), expressed appreciation for the cross-party support, pledging to deepen development, promote unity and consolidate on his administration’s successes.

The endorsement by LP leaders marks a major boost to the DOS/KFL campaign, signalling growing grassroots consensus around his continued leadership of Ojodu LCDA.
