Winners Emerge in First Glo/Palmpay Recharge And Win Promo Draw

The first set of winners have emerged in the second edition of the “Recharge and Win Bonanza” powered by Palmpay in partnership with Globacom.

The promo is aimed at rewarding Glo subscribers for recharging their lines via the Palmpay app.

“Customers who make Glo transactions through the Palmpay will stand a chance to win prizes such as iPhone 15 pro, Infinix Hot 40 and many other exciting items” a statement released by Palmpay and Globacom disclosed.

The winners include Basirat Mayowa Opatunji, Wisdom Anayo Uzoma, Afeez Akanfe Muraina and Oyedikachi Herbert, selected from a raffle draw, where they won several prizes including Infinix Hot 40 and other items.

Transaction from N500 and above gives customers the opportunity to be selected for the draws.

Also, daily social media challenge offers participants increased chances to win cash prizes.

According to Palmpay, users also enjoy up to 6 percent cashback whenever they recharge their Glo line or subscribe for data via the app.

In addition, Glo customers that have not subscribed for data for the past three months get instant 100 percent bonus on their recharge during the promo period.

The Bonanza runs from June to 8th of August 2025.Winners outside Lagos will have their prizes dispatched to their location. Glo subscribers can log on to http://bit.ly/PalmPaySms to participate in the promo.

Basirat Mayowa Opatunji won Infinix Hot 40 phone from the draws. In her excitement she said: “I have always been recharging my Glo line from the Palmpay app and even though I was often doing this, I never expected that I was going to win a brand new phone from Palmpay”.

Basirat, who is currently running a programme at the Ekiti State University at the Osun State College of Education, Ila Orangun study centre, said she would pick up her prize at Osogbo.
