Who Is Shakeer Adedayo Oshodi?

He was born to the Family of Late Rt. Chief Magistrate Jelleel Adewale Oshodi and Alhaja Fatima Abosede Oshodi.
Mr. Oshodi started his primary education in Corona School, Victoria Island and went on to Nigeria Navy Secondary School where he completed his Secondary school education.

 

He obtained his Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from the Prestigious University of Lagos. After which he worked as an intern at the law firm of CLARKE, PAIKO & Co until he proceeded to the Nigerian Law School from which he obtained his Barrister at Law (B.L) and was then called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He went on to obtain his Masters Of Law Degree (LLM) at the University of Lagos.

 

After his Youth service, which he performed at O.B. JAMES and Co., he returned to CLARKE, PAIKO & Co, where he started his legal practice as a Junior Associate Counsel and rose to the position of Deputy Head of Chambers.

 

In 2010, he resigned from CLARKE, PAIKO & Co to start his private practice which birthed ADE-OSHODI & Co.
In 2022 he was invited by Chief Robert Clarke, his former principal to merge CLARKE, PAIKO & Co with ADE-OSHODI & Co. both firms merged into ROBERT CLARKE SAN & ADE OSHODI Partners. He is presently the principal partner of the new merger.

 

Mr. Oshodi has been in active law practice for over 20 years. He is committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients while exploring creative legal strategies to deliver optimal results. He offers Legal Advisory Services and is experienced in corporate business law, Oil & Gas law, Aviation law, Property law, land law, Family law and Criminal law. While versatile in many areas, Mr. Oshodi’s true passion lies in Criminal Law. All in all he has offered so many Nigerians Legal services “Pro bono” with his great desire to help people with his God’s given knowledge.
