Nigeria’s aviation sector is swelling by the day as Bayelsa State has finally joined the list of very few states that own airlines for commercial purposes.
Over a year ago, it was perceived by many as a rumour, but it is now a reality.
Under the administration of Gov. Douye Diri, Bayelsa State has witnessed great transformation not just in infrastructure but many areas, positioning the state as an investment destination.
Governor Diri is indeed a great blessing to Bayelsa State and indeed Bayelsans in general. Today, courtesy of his great vision for the economic and infrastructural development of the “revered home of the Ijaws”, he has birthed Pioneer Airlines.
Bayelsa State Government is now the proud owner of Pioneer Airlines. With Pioneer Airline, Gov Douye hopes to change the narrative in the Nigerian Aviation industry. The days ahead will surely tell the story of innovation and quality services in the aviation sector.
