Man, 35, Docked For Forcing Lady To Suck His Dick & Ejactuated In Her Mouth

A 22-year old lady had a nasty experience in Lagos State after she was lured by a 35-year old man, Lucky Ogrugu, who allegedly threatened her with a gun and forced her to suck his dick until he released inside her mouth. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 2nd February, 2026, at Apena Jumbo Street, Ebule – Ikorodu, Lagos, where they reside.
According to the Police, the suspect lured the victim to his apartment, threatened to kill her with a gun and ordered her to suck his dick, which the victim complied with out of fear.
Having satisfied himself, he allowed her to go and warned her not to tell anyone about it.
However, the victim informed her parents about what happened and the matter was reported to the Police in the area. The suspect was arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the State Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct against the victim.
After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The charge read:
“That you, Lucky Ogrugu ‘m, on the 2nd day of February. 2026, at about 0730hours, at Apena Jumbo Street, Ebule – Ikorodu Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did sexually assault the victim, F, 22years old by threatening her with a gun and ordered her to suck your penis until you ejaculated inside her mouth and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 261 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.”
However, he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Josephine Ihkayere, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. L.A. Owolabi, granted him bail in the sum of N600,000 with two sureties in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment while addresses will be verified by the Court.
The matter was adjourned till 24th March, 2026, for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
