Hon. Bolanle Orija Aspiration Gains Momentum with Major Stakeholders’ Endorsement

In a strong demonstration of unity, inclusiveness and grassroots solidarity, prominent leaders and stakeholders across Oshodi/Isolo Constituency 1 have openly declared their support and endorsement for Hon. Orija Bolanle Joseph (OBJ) ahead of the forthcoming 2027 Lagos State House of Assembly elections.

The endorsement was led by respected personalities and representatives from various groups including the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), League of Imams, CDA/CDC, traders and artisans, community leaders, youth groups, women groups, market associations, and non-indigenes within the constituency.

Dignitaries present at the gathering included Alhaji Oseni, representing the CDC/CDA, Alhaji Shittu; Rev. Adeniwowa, representing the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Oshodi/Isolo LG Chapter; Alhaji Lateef Ibirogba, represening the League of Imams; Hon. Fatai Bakare White, Alhaji Saheed Oderongbe, Hon. Alaba Ogunleye, Comrade Taiye Agbalaya, Comrade Sherrif Adesanya, Evangeslist Oriyomi, Ms. Biodun Balogun, Mrs. Daudu, and Alhaji Almaroof. As well as, several influential stakeholders and grassroots mobilizers from different communities across the constituency.

Speaking on behalf of the Igbo Community, Comrade Chibuike Igwunna, described Orija Bolanle Joseph, as a dedicated philanthropist, a bridge builder, and a passionate advocate for the growth and development of Oshodi/Isolo Constituency 1. He noted that OBJ’s leadership qualities, accessibility, humility, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people, distinguishes him as the right candidate to represent the constituency at the Lagos State House of Assembly.

The stakeholders praised OBJ for his longstanding support for youth development, empowerment initiatives, community engagement, and humanitarian activities that have positively impacted many lives across Oshodi/Isolo constituency 1. They stated that his track record of service, ability to unite people across ethnic and religious lines, and his understanding of the grassroots realities makes him a dependable and credible choice for the future.

The various groups also emphasized the urgent need for inclusive leadership that prioritizes youth empowerment, quality education, economic growth, infrastructural development, improved healthcare, security, and peaceful coexistence among all residents regardless of religion or ethnic background.

Community leaders at the event, further stressed that the endorsement reflects the collective desire of the people for a representative who understands their struggles, listens to their concerns, and possesses the vision and capacity to attract meaningful development to the constituency.

Youth representatives also reaffirmed their commitment to mobilizing support across wards and communities for OBJ, describing him as a leader with the energy, compassion, and progressive mindset needed to inspire a new generation of leadership.

As the 2027 elections draw closer, the growing coalition of support from religious organizations, market leaders, artisans, non-indigenes, political stakeholders, and community groups continues to strengthen the momentum behind the OBJ 2027 movement across Oshodi/Isolo Constituency 1.
