’93 Days’ To Screen At The Pan African Film Festival 2017

93 Days has again been officially selected to screen at America’s Largest and most prestigious International Black Film Festival, the Pan African Film Festival (PAFF) taking place from 9 – 20 February 2017.

This was announced on Tuesday.

PAFF is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion of cultural understanding among peoples of African decent. Every February, PAFF screens the best of Films and Arts from within the U.S. and all over the world throughout the African Diaspora and it’s no surprise 93 Days was selected.

It has been a great year for ’93 Days’ which showed at international festivals such as the Chicago International Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival and even international government bodies such as private screening at the US Department of Health.

The film also recently received 13 nominations for the upcoming Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards (AMVCA) taking place in March 2017.

The movie reminds the citizens of Nigeria of the fight and victory won against the deadly Ebola virus disease that plagued the country in 2014.

Directed by Steve Gukas, 93 Days starred Danny Glover, Tim Reid, Bimbo Akintola, Somkele Iyamah Idhalama, Bimbo Manuel, Gideon Okeke, Alastair McKenzie and other talented actors.

The movie was produced by Steve Gukas, Bolanle Austen-Peters, Dotun Olakunri, and Pemon Rami.
