Landlord Forges Lagos Judge’s Court Judgement To Evict Tenant

The Nigerian police have arrested a landlord, Hakeem Aboyemi who wrote a fake court judgment on behalf of a Lagos presiding Magistrate and forcefully used it to evict his tenant, Hope Ebbih  from his house.
The incident happened at Fagbola Street in Shasha, Akowonjo area of Lagos.
The landlord, who has been remanded in prison, allegedly wrote the judgment, forged court stamp and signed on behalf of the presiding Magistrate, Mr O.A. Adesupo.
He went on and contacted one Emperor Ishaku who acted as court bailiff and threw out Ebbih’s property outside and left.
P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the landlord, Aboyemi, had filed a suit  against Ebbih before Adesupo’s court on a suit number, MIK/1529/16 at Ikeja Magistrate’s court.
The matter was adjourned for hearing, however, before the date, Aboyemi chose to forge judgment which he presented to Ebbih and thrown out his properties which got damaged.
However, the victim who knew that the matter was adjourned went to the court and discovered that every document served and used to eject him were forged.
He went to the police and reported what happened, both Aboyemi and Ishaku were arrested and charged to court.
They were charged with conspiracy, break and enter, forgery under the Criminal Code.
They pleaded not guilty.
The presiding Magistrate, Mr Akeem Fashola granted them bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum each.
They were remanded in prison custody pending when they will perfect their bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 13 February 2017

    That is what is called Jankara Judgment, it has started again in Lagos, it happened in Oke-afa area of Isolo, one medical doctor was thrown out in such manner, Lagosians especially tenants shine your eyes
