U-13 JOF Kids Cup: More Teams Land In Quarter Finals

After conclusion of the second set of Round of 16 matches on Friday at two centres, four more teams have secured their places in the quarter finals of the ongoing second U-13 JOF Football Championship 2021.


P.M. EXPRESS reports that it took a 4-3 penalty shootout result for Young Stars of Lagos Island to defeat Warriors Boys of Agege after they have played 2-2 draw in the regulation time. Ayo Babes of Ajeromi secured a 4-2 win over Alausa Bombers of Ikeja.


Bonje Babes of Ojodu could not make it as they fell 1-2 to Edebo United of Obanikoro, while Prince Boys of Lekki defeated Emeka United of Amuwo Odofin in a duel that ended 3-2.


Pairings for the quarter final games will be made public on Sunday with the matches during the week.
