Police operatives from the Osun State Command have arrested a 50-year old native doctor, Adewumi Gbadamosi, employed as night security guard, for allegedly cutting off a young man’s head and selling it to his client, who is Pastor for ritual purposes.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ilesha, Osun State, where Gbadamosi was engaged as a night guard by the community.

He was said to have cut off the head and took the remaining parts to throw into the bush before the information leaked and he was arrested by the Police.

During interrogation, Gbadamosi confessed and told the Police that his client, Pastor Adetunji Olagunju of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church in Ilesha, contacted him that he needed human parts for rituals and he should supply him.

He then targeted the victim while on night duty, killed him and supplied the head to Pastor Olagunju, who has also been arrested by the Police and was being interrogated.

Gbadamosi said he was a driver but later took over his father’s work as native doctor and was equally employed as a night security guard in the community.

According to Police sources, the suspects will be charged for conspiracy and murder before Court after the conclusion of the investigation, which attracts life imprisonment if they are tried and found guilty for the alleged offences.
