Adron Games 2022: Guinness Record Holder Kaffy To Take Participants On Fitness Sessions

In line with the 2022 edition’s theme; ‘Fit For The Best’, the organisers of the eagerly anticipated Adron Games, have lined up awards-winning dancer and Guinness Record holder, Kaffy, as a fitness instructor for the games. 

The organisers in a statement reemphasised the need to prioritise the health and well-being of all participants at the games.

According to Adron Homes Group Company Secretary, Mrs Jesuyemisi Odeyemi, the company is concerned about the fitness level and well-being of its staff and other invited participants at the sports festival.

“We believe a healthy life, brings about improved productivity in the life of everybody. Therefore, we are keeping in line with the theme of this year’s edition tagged, ‘Fit For The Best’,” she stressed.

Kaffy is expected to take the participants through their physical paces in aerobic sessions throughout the 3-day sports festival.

This year’s edition is expected to hold at the sports centre of the Yaba College of Technology, beginning November 10-12, 2022, and with athletes taking part in 18 different sports events.
