The State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Imo State, Hon. McDonald Ebere, PhD, on behalf of members of the state executive committee, has congratulated the party’s senatorial candidates, Senator Osita Izunaso, Prince Dr. Alex Mbata and Hon. Patrick Nduwueze as well as other candidates of our party, who emerged victorious at the just concluded party primaries.

The Chairman, who commended the party electoral officials, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) team, security agencies and the press for the successful conduct of the exercise, which has been adjudged as most peaceful, free, fair and credible, also thanked members of our great party, particularly all the aspirants for their show of sportsmanship and responsibility during and after the exercise, which according to him has placed our party on a strong foundation to pursue the forthcoming general election as a united family.

However, the candidates have been advised to continue to engage and reach out to all relevant stakeholders of the party, including those who contested the primaries with them, in other to enhance cohesion, unity and stability within the party.
