Idia Babalola appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Chairmen of Governing Councils of Federal Colleges of Education in Nigeria

Hon. Idia Oluyemisi Babalola, the Chairperson of the Governing Council of Adeyemi College of Education (ACE), Ondo in Ondo State, southwest Nigeria, has been appointed the Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Chairmen of Governing Councils of Federal Colleges of Education in Nigeria.

The Osun State-born politician was unanimously elected Wednesday during the inaugural meeting of the Committee held at National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) Boardroom in Abuja.

It was gathered that the choice of the former Commissioner for Federal Matters in Osun State, who hails from Ede, was hinged on the belief of the members of the Committee of her capability to hold the position and her experience.

The Governing Council of Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo, the management and staff of the foremost institution, have congratulated the season politician, and expressed their excitement with her new position to serve the Nigeria’s education sector.
