Oyinpreye Ebipade, 26-year old football fanatic from Bayelsa State has scored a huge N1.5 million win just days after registering with international recognised sports betting website, Betway.

Ebipade had first discovered Betway while pursuing his Masters in Marine Operations Management in the United Kingdom.

He has also saw Betway website’s branding emblazoned across the shirts of English Premier League club, West Ham United.

When he returned from his studies and discovered that Betway had begun offering sports betting in Nigeria, he registered an account.

“I used to work in the UK, and that was when I first saw Betway on a football team jersey,” said Ebipade. “So when I came back, I wanted to start betting and a friend of mine told me about Betway, and said that Betway is in Nigeria and that was it.”

As an Arsenal fan and passionate supporter of soccer, Ebipade began by placing bets on soccer.

To his surprise, he struck it lucky on just his fourth bet placing a N10,000 multi bet on a selection of soccer fixtures.

“I hadn’t even placed up to four bets before I won,” he explained.

The fortuitous bet netted the dude N1.5 million. When asked what he plans to do with his winnings, Ebipade expressed a desire to save the amount until he can afford to buy himself a new car.

Although Ebipade is one of the biggest winners, many Nigerians are winning every day at Betway. \

These winnings are paid out quickly and efficiently in compliance with the gambling authority of Nigeria.

In addition to offering odds on thousands of sporting fixtures, the website also offers casino games, virtual sports, jackpot games, and a number of exciting promotions.
