Davido’s Promoter, Danku Celebrates 40th Birthday In London

The Chief Executive Officer of Ijobanadanku Music Promotion, Yusuf Adepitan Adebola has celebrated his 40th birthday in London.

Yusuf, who is popularly known as Danku, gathered friends together at 11, Rifle Street Poplar London, United Kingdom on Tuesday 11 May 2021 to mark his 40th birthday.

Danku who is one of the top promoters working with multiple awards winning singer, Davido, gives glory to God for clocking 40th on earth.

“I give glory to Almighty God for witnessing today. Despite all obstacles I have faced in the music industry, I thank God for sparing my life till date. I will always worship God,” he said.

As a result of COVID-19 restrictions in the U.K, the event had just 50 people in attendance.

Some of the celebrities that graced the event were Billy Q, J Boy Mama, Demmy Vee UK and others.

Danku, who has worked with most of the A-List artistes before working with Davido, with the influence of Billy Q lured some of the crème la crème of UK entertainment industry to storm the party.

Danku had also worked with D’Banj, Oritsefemi, Rayce, Terry G, and Konga among many others.

He has recorded a lot of achievement in the music industry including City Pride Achivers Best Artiste Manager of the Year 2014, Islander Best Manager of the year Award 2015, Confirm News Best A/R 2017 and Best Talent Manager MAYA 2019.

Danku’s management experience started with Afro Pop Singer, Lawal Olumo aka Konga. He took him on National Musical Tour to Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Kaduna Enugu, Port Harcourt, Ibadan and other major cities in Nigeria.

Danku was also on tour of South Africa between 2013-2014 with Oritsefemi.

They toured Malaysia, USA, United Kingdom, Egypt, Russia and some other European Countries between 2014 and 2015.
