Dele Aiyenugba For NIS, Lagos FA Coaches Training

Former Super Eagles and Enyimba of Aba shot stopper Dele Aiyenugba has been co- opted to serve as a resource person in the National Institute for sports and Lagos State Football Association coaches training programme scheduled to hold at the National Institute for sports, Surulere Lagos.

The training, which will begin on September 14th, 2024, will will hold over a month period every Saturday for the first batch.

According to a statement by the organizers, Aiyenugba who is a product of the NIS is expected to bring his wealth of experience to bear on the participants.

Aiyenugba will be speaking on Goalkeeping techniques, Goalkeeping training and Goalkeeping safety.
Over 2,000 coaches in Lagos State are expected to be trained over a two year period.

With the Lagos State FA Chairman Gafar Liameed affirming that NIS certification is now compulsory for any coach that want to ply their trade in Lagos State.

NIS DG Professor Olawale Moronkola is expected to declare the training opened on 14th of September, 2024
