Gambia Scrabble President, Ghana-Based Star Subscribe To “Scrabble In The Jungle!”

The top man in the Gambia Scrabble Federation Abba Hydara has joined the expanding list of stars expected for the forthcoming “Scrabble In The Jungle” series which holds in Asaba, Delta State from August 26-28, 2022.

Also joining the front row for the fiesta was Ghana-based star Stanley Ubiede.

First of its kind in scrabble, the tournament will see 8 highly-ranked players by the Nigeria Scrabble Federation and two wild cards play one another over a total of 180 games of 36 rounds at an enclosed area for a three day period.

Five dedicated WhatsApp lines have been made available for enthusiasts and stakeholders to closely follow the moves and the progress of the tournament.

Breaking this fresh development to the media on the President of Gambia Scrabble Federation Abba Hydara and Stanley Ubiede signing up for the “Scrabble In The Jungle” viewing on WhatsApp channels was Musa Olasupo, President of Scrabble Las Vegas.

He informed the global audience that both international personalities have picked up places in the VVIP lounge.

According to him, “The President of Gambia Scrabble Association just subscribed to follow our Scrabble in the Jungle Games. Stanley Ubiede also showed us love and he has a prime position in the VVIP lounge.”

World Champion Wellington Jighere, former World No. 4 Enoch Nwali, African champions Nsikak Etim and Dennis Ikekeregor as well other top dogs in the mindgame Eta Karo, Emmanuel Umujose, Oshevire Avwenagha will slug it out on the board for points and the cash prize.

Dark horses Prince Omosefe, Ryan Jacob and Godwin Victor are also high on odds to upset the established scrabble superstars.

More followers are expected to join the growing numbers of the viewing public who have to subscribe to catch all top actions from the 10 juggernauts.
