How Tenant Offered Landlady, 74, His Dick As Payment For Rent Arrears

A 74-year old landlady, Mrs. Stella Ogunrinde, had a nasty  experience in Lagos State after a tenant in one of her apartments, Ayomide Ajiboye, offered her his dick as payment for arrears of rent he owed.
 P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Gbemisola Adenubi Street, Ago Okota, Lagos. 

The embittered retired civil servant, Mrs. Ogunrinde, was said to have rented out the apartment to Ajiboye, where he lives with his family.  However, when his rent expired, he was unable to pay. Whenever the landlady confronted him for the payment of the rent, he would strip himself naked and ask her to take his dick as payment for rent arrears because he had no money to pay her. 
The tenant was said to be angry with the landlady because when he moved into the apartment, he was comfortable and was living well with his family until his business nosedived and he could not pay his bills.
The tenant, Ajiboye, was said to have blamed his woes on the landlady. He could not also raise money to look for another accommodation and he decided to live there without paying any rent to her. 
The matter became worse on 26th February, 2022, when the landlady confronted him again for the payment of rent arrears. He was said to have stripped himself naked, carried cutlass and chase her around the compound. 

The matter was reported to the Police at Ago Okota Division and the Ajiboye was arrested.
Having been found culpable after interrogation, he was subsequently charged before Isolo Magistrates Court for  conduct likely to cause breach of public peace.
 He pleaded not guilty.  

The prosecutor, Mr. Oje Uagbale, told the Court that the complainant’s life is in danger to the extent that the defendant threatened to kill her with a cutlass and she wanted him out of her apartment. 
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.A.Akokhia, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum. 
He was remanded in custody pending when he will perfect his bail conditions while the matter was adjourned till 23rd May, 2022, for mention.
