Astute Sports administrator, Dr Jonathan Nnaji, has challenged the former President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos State, Chief Solomon Aguene, to explain to members of the public how he presents his art works abroad since he (Nnaji) confirmed that he is a stark illiterate.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that Dr Nnaji made the demand in response to Chief Aguene’s publication against him, where he claimed to have assisted Nnaji in his medical treatment abroad.
Dr Nnaji described Aguene’s claims as false because he had never had any financial dealing with him and besides, he can afford any medical treatment as an astute sports administrator in Nigeria.
Nnaji stated that it was not possible for Aguene to present art works abroad because he has little or no educational background.
He described Aguene as a shameless man whose life is full of lies, deceit and falsehood with no visible means of livelihood despite the fact that he claims to be an art curator.
“How can Solomon, who cannot read or write nor comprehend lettered words, present art works abroad? He thinks many people don’t know of his suspected dubious character over the years.”
Dr Nnaji revealed that Aguene claimed that he legally got married to a white wife at the same time with his Nigerian wife. And by implication, he committed bigamy which is a criminal offence and he is coming out in public to boast of committing a criminal offence if he actually got married to both wives legally.
Dr Nnaji further revealed that Solomon’s white wife sent him away because she was unable to bear the offensive odour coming out from Solomon”s mouth as he hardly took his bath and the woman could not cope with his snoring habit while sleeping.
Nnaji stated that Solomon Aguene lied and should be ashamed of disrespecting his late mother because he was not able to bury her and shamelessly kept the old woman at the mortuary until the woman started harassing him to remove her from the mortuary.
“Aguene returned from abroad and was broke, had no money to bury her mother over the Museum incident in Austria. His late mother started distributing him to remove her from mortuary until a certain man gave him some amount of money for the burial.”
“How can you bury your mother in grand style when you were broke during the Ohanaeze election period and the likes of Madam Evelyn, Chief Ozonweke,  Chief Kalu Uguru and others were  spending their money on you but today you have turned them to your greatest enemies because of greed?”
Nnaji stated that he has never collected any palliatives or money from Aguene nor demanded money from him for medical treatment or for any other reasons because he is comfortable and can afford it.
On the Ohanaeze Ndigbo election’s money, Dr Nnaji described Aguene as a dishonest person who threw Ohanaeze into crises and even denied that he did not touch N57m from election forms whereas he was the person who constituted the committee and no account has been rendered.
On the purported house he claimed to have been built in his village,  Dr Nnaji said people know the history.
He asked Chief Solomon Aguene to answer the following:
– How many people died in an accident during the construction and why?
– Why have you not opened the house  after the completion of the said edifice? – – And when are you going to open the house?
“Chief Solomon Aguene a.k.a Nwainyinya should be ashamed of himself ” he concluded.
Dr. Jonathan Nnaji has served Nigeria in different capacities in sports. He is the current vice president African Taekwondo Union and Chairman Member Relations of AFTU.
Nnaji is the former Nigeria Taekwondo Federation president and two times 1st vice President Nigeria Olympic Committee. Chairman Olypafrica project. Former Nigeria middle weight Teakwondo Champion. Nnaji is also a 7th degree world black belt holder.
It is good to note that Nigeria Modern Pentathlon Federation is the only Nigeria Sporting Federation that has hosted Olympic qualification in Nigeria, be it senior or junior in the history of sport Federation.
Nnaji, who was in company with Hon. Bappa Misau Aliu, a serving member of Nigeria’s House of Representatives and a board member, as elected will be playing a prominent role in sports both in Nigeria and Africa.
