“During the last protests, AIG Fayoade was also on ground for the 10 days the protest lasted at Ikeja and Ojota providing water and food for protesters which helped greatly in preventing the protests from degenerating into burning, looting and destructions of properties. We thanked IGP Egbetokun for his foresight in retaining AIG Fayoade in Lagos to continue to manage crisis and fight criminality in lagos,” Okoro added.

The way the AIG managed the crises in Lagos have changed the mind sets of millions of Lagosians about Police operations and embrace the Slogan, ‘Police is our friend ‘, Ganiu stated.
