Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, has issued a disclaimer clearing the air that she is not organising a National Prayer event.
The First Lady said, “My attention has been drawn to a piece of fake information circulating that I’m organizing a National Prayer event, but I’m here to assure you that this information is completely false and misleading”.
“As a Christian and strong advocate of prayer, I believe that praying for Nigeria is a fundamental right and responsibility of every Nigerian, regardless of their religious beliefs, political affiliations, or cultural backgrounds. However, I’m not involved in organizing any National Prayer event.”
“To avoid spreading misinformation, I advise the public to verify the authenticity of any news or events associated with me or my office through official channels. Thank you all.”
