I’ve Not Had S*x With My Wife For 12 Years – Husband Tells Court

An embittered husband, Chime Harrison, has lamented and told Court in FCT, Abuja, that for the past 12 years he had no sex with his wife, Valeria, because she abandoned him and left with their three children.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the embattled husband filed a suit against his wife, Valeria, before the Customary Court in Jikwoyi Abuja, seeking for the dissolution of their marriage due to abandonment.
The petitioner alleged that his wife abandoned him and relocated to an unknown place for 12 years taking their three children along with her and since then he had been alone and have not seen his children.
He stated that initially the marriage was peaceful and suddenly his wife changed, started behaving strangely and she eventually moved out from her matrimonial home.
“She secretly moved from our matrimonial home with my three children to an unknown destination. I have not set my eyes on my children for over 12 years,” he said.
The petitioner, Harrison, also told the Court that his wife denied him his conjugal rights stating that his concern was the fate of his children and not his wife and wanted to move on with his life.
“I am not asking her to come back to me. I pray this honourable Court to grant me divorce and custody of our children” he stated.
However, the wife, Valeria, a businesswoman, who was present in Court however, denied the allegations before the Court rose for the day.
The Presiding Judge, Labaran Gusau, then adjourned the matter till 30th March, 2023, for continuation of hearing.
