Lady Docked For Stripping Rival Naked In Public During Squabble

A lady, Chinyere Nsing, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly engaging another lady, Prisca Ijeoma Maduagwu, in a fight, tearing her clothes and exposing her nakedness in public during the squabble.
The incident happened at Femi Oyedele Street,  Silver Estate, Idimu area of Lagos, where they reside.
According to the Police, the suspect and the complainant had a disagreement over an undisclosed matter, which led to exchange words between them and in the process, the suspect attacked her, tore her clothes and exposed her nakedness in public.
The matter was reported to the Police at Idimu Division. The suspect was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation over her conduct.
After interrogation, the Police found her culpable and subsequently charged her before the Ejigbo Magistrate Court for the alleged offence.
However, she pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Benedict Aigbokhan, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since she pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that she actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. K.A. Ariyo, granted her bail in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment.
The matter was adjourned till 18th March, 2024, for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the correctional centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when she will perfect her bail conditions.
