After investigation by Inspector Love Amini and his team, the defendant was charged before the Igbosere Magistrate’s Court sitting at the Tinubu Magistrate’s Court on a three-count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretence and stealing.

Police prosecuting Counsel, DSP Francis Igbinosa informed the court in the charged marked A/13/2025 that the defendant committed the offence on 28 December, 2023 at Block 211, Flat 1, Amuwo Odofin Housing Estate, Lagos.

He said the offences, the defendant committed were punishable under sections 411,314(a) and 287 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
