P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 2nd July, 2025, at Otokola, Baba Aro Block, Ogombo, Lagos State where the suspect, Joseph Effiong Evangelist, allegedly conspired and killed the victim, Ayishatu Isah, in cold blood.
