From D’Banj to Banky W, Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage to mention a few, the Nigerian music industry keep witnessing singers who returned from Europe and the Americas with a few tracks and in no time they take charge of the music scene in the country. Will the same story be told of Manfesto, a Nigerian returning home from his based in Spain?

“It is success we all pray for and that is why we all are working to make ends meet. To say the truth I am not in Nigeria for an experiment rather I am here to sit atop the game, that is why I am returning back home,” the singer boasted.
In Europe, the issues of royalty and other factors militating against the music industry in Nigeria are very minimal, why is Manfesto returning to Nigeria or is he frustrated by the facts that Europeans are not listening to him?
The young hip-hop sensation responded, “That is quite funny, it is not the case. They say charity begin at home. My music is a blend of Reggae and Hip Hop, coming home will help me work with people who understand my craft. Do  not forget, music is universal. So, any where I play it from the world will listen to me.”
The Edo State-born singer, who also deals in importation of cars, is steadily becoming a constant image in television screens across Africa with his efforts on the video titled “Blessed Me”.
He is also working on releasing his just-concluded new video “Bless My Hustle” featuring Jumabee and Solidstar.
He also talked about his mother’s influence on his music career.
“My mother was a member of our village choral group.  On a particular day, a member was absent and her friends, aware of my talent, pressured her to give me a trial since I was always around during their rehearsals and the rest as they say is history,” Manfesto said of how his mom facilitated his interest in music.
