MoneyMaster PSB Mobile Banking App Gaining Customer Confidence

MoneyMaster PSB, the mobile banking app of MoneyMaster Payment Service Bank Limited (MMPSB), has continued to receive positive reviews from customers across Nigeria.  

The bank recently introduced the mobile banking app for the ease of business transactions for its customers.

The mobile banking app provides a seamless banking experience to customers of the payment service bank, thus affirming the bank’s commitment to deliver faster and secure banking services to its growing customer base.

User experience show   customers’ growing acceptability of the app. A customer, Uche Nwoye, disclosed that, “it has not been long that I downloaded the app, but from all indications, the features and design are easy to navigate.”

Likewise, Henry Omosimua   noted that the app is “nicely built. The UI is good and smooth. Kudos to Moneymaster PSB. It would be nice to add app notification for incoming and outgoing transactions”, he noted. On his part,  Agunbiade Abiola,  said, “this app is the definition of evolution”, while Michael Sanamo said the app is “fast in carrying out transactions”

The mobile banking app helps the bank’s customers to manage multiple accounts, wallets, savings, and current accounts. They  can also upgrade the KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements for higher transaction limits and open additional accounts via the app.

Its robust  suite of functionalities gives customers the opportunity to perform many services without stress. Android phone users can   download the mobile banking app from the Google Play Store, while iPhone users can equally download it from the Apple App Store.

It is suitable, fast and reliable for all intra-bank and interbank transactions and allows customers to set transaction limits, manage beneficiaries, view transaction history, and download and share transaction receipts, among other exciting features. They can also request their account statement and get it delivered by mail.

One of its major features  is the biometric and password authorization to login and authorize transactions.

In addition to this, cusomers can buy airtime recharge and data bundles from all networks directly for themselves and others as well as  pay their DSTV and GOTV subscriptions, buy electricity units from all major DisCos and pay utility bills from the app.
