November 6: Ekwunife Meets With Wives Of Traditional Rulers, Delegation Of Catechists Across Anambra State

The Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife, PhD in two separate meetings on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 met the wives of the traditional rulers in Anambra state and a delegation of Catechists from Anambra State.
During the interactive meetings held at the Senator Uche Ekwunife Event Centre Awka, Ekwunife noted that Ndi Anambra have a date with history come November 6, expressing optimism that the PDP would emerge victorious in the polls.

Meeting with a delegation of catechist of the Catholic Church, the grassroots-friendly lawmaker explained that religious leaders have power to raise awareness and influence behaviours and practices as it concerns governance.
The Senator urged leaders irrespective of denomination to always defend the poor and the vulnerable, adding that churches have a role to play in repositioning Anambra State.
Concerning the November 6 election, the Federal lawmaker frowned at deployment of religious and divisive politics, stressing that such is cancerous to the state.
Ekwunife reiterated that Ozigbo is the best candidate for the job, urging Ndi Anambra to queue behind his candidature to restore good governance in the state.
“I am sure that with PDP in Agu Awka, the security and infrastructural needs of the state will be prioritized”, the influential lawmaker concluded.
