NTAB Vision Boss Charges Team To Win Bolowotan Gold Cup

Chairman of NTAB Vision Football Club, Olanrewaju Aromasodun has charged his team to win Bolowotan Gold Cup.

Aromasodun said this after his team defeated its arch rival, Ezigo FC 3-1 in the opening group match of the competition which played recently at the Police Barrack, Igbogbo, Ikorodu.

Aromasodun commended his players for their resilience and doggedness exhibited to win their first match and urged them to give their best in the subsequent matches. He said the team emerged runner up last edition and admonished his team to win this year’s edition

 He said both teams played purposeful football but thanked goodness that his team came out victorious. He commended the coaching crew led by Ibiyemi Adeleke for the job well done.

“It was good start for our team. The boys played well and they deserved the victory. Both teams played a good football but I must confess that we were better and deserved the victory. Having won their first match, I expect my team to go all the way to the final and win the trophy for our fans who are solidly behind us in this competition.

 “From what I saw in their opening match, they can go far and win the tournament. I see sense of urgency and commitment on the part of the players so I am confident that the team can win the cup if they continue like this,” he said.

The Gold Cup is sponsored by Director General of Lagos State Sports Commission and organized by Ikorodu Divisonal Football Association, Three matches would be played in each day at the Police Barrack, Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos
