Ocean Growth Home CEO, Dr. Ifeanyi Jeffery To Be Honoured As Real Estate Person Of The Year

One of the most Successful and youngest Real Estates moguls in Nigeria, Dr Ifeanyi Harry Jeffery, has been nominated for an award as Anambra Real Estate Person of the Year at the upcoming Anambra Man of the Year Award (AMTY).

 

According to the organizers, Dr Ifeanyi Harry Jeffery, who is the Executive Chairman and CEO of Ocean Growth Homes Ltd, will be recognized for his outstanding contributions to the real estate sector, particularly his effort in building affordable homes to address housing deficit in Nigeria.

 

At a very young age, Dr. Harry Jeffery has made an impact in the real estate industry, with a portfolio of estates spanning across Nigeria.

 

His innovative approach to property development, commitment to quality and character have set new standards in the market, making him a role model for aspiring real estate professionals.

 

In addition to his success in real estate, Dr. Ifeanyi Jeffery is passionate about mentoring younger entrepreneurs. Through his mentorship programmes, he has empowered numerous individuals to excel in the real estate sector, bringing on board a new generation of successful professionals who are making their mark in the industry.

 

Receiving a letter of nomination for the award, he said ,“This award is not just a reflection of my work, but of the collective efforts of my team and the young people I have had the privilege to mentor. Together, we are making strides towards a better housing future for Nigeria”.

 

The award ceremony will take place on 22nd March, 2025, at the Stanel Dome, Awka. The event is expected to attract dignitaries from all walks of life.

 

Born on the 5th of July, 1982, into the family of Obiudo and Lolo Boniface Esiaka of the Mmelike Ancient Kingdom and the Dioha Royal family Ihiala in Ihiala Local Government Area, Anambra State, Chief Dr. Ifeanyi Jeffery journey from humble beginning to global prominence is a story of extraordinary perseverance, vision, and unwavering commitment.

 

He began his academic journey at Okohia Community Primary School, continued at the esteemed Abbot Boys Secondary School, and later attended the University of Lagos, where he excelled academically, graduating with flying colors. His ventures include:

He is also the founder and CEO of Anyi Ego Foundation.
