Head Coach of Lagos based amateur club, Tradesafe Sports, Ademola Adeshina has confessed that he was satisfied with the barren draw played against Nigeria National League side, Ottasolo Football Club.

Adeshina disclosed this when his team played goalless draw with Ottasolo in a friendly match played on Friday at the Astro turf of the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.

The former Stationery Stores player told our correspondent that both teams lived up to expectations but noted that lacked of finishing denied his team from scoring their opponents.

“It was not a bad result for us because we played a good side who are preparing for NNL league. We created some scoring chances unfortunately we don’t have quality striker to put the ball inside the net,” he said.

Adeshina who commended his players for their job well done said he was in need of quality strikers before the commencement of the Nationwide League One, NLO.

In his own reaction Ottasolo coach, Seyi Abidemi commended both teams for their tactical play but noted that his team lack finishing during the encounter.

“We create so many chances but we failed to convert any one of them. This is not the best for a team that are preparing for league. We are going to work on our attacking line and correct some mistakes identified in some of our friendly matches before our first game in the league,” he said.

Tradesafe Sports have started preparation ahead of NLO league by playing series of friendly matches to keep the players fit before the kick off.
