Pro-Wrestling Boss Commends Good Legislative Work Of Lagos Speaker

President, Nigerian Wrestling Federation, Prince Hammed Olanrewaju Mohammed has applauded the work being done by the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa to make good legislations for the people of the state.

Prince Mohammed applauded the Speaker while paying a courtesy visit to him in his office at Alausa, Ikeja. He noted that the peace experiencing in the political arena in Lagos is made possible by the leadership of the House of Assembly who works in harmony with the executive headed by Governor Akinwunmi Ambode.

 

“I’m here to appreciate the Honourable Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly for good representation of the people of Lagos State and for your exemplary leadership quality to steer the ship of the 8th Assembly,” Mohammed stated.

“The professional wrestling federation is proud of what you and your colleagues are doing and we want to tell you that we are solidly behind you because you are indeed a leader leading by example,” added Prince Mohammed, who is also the Senatorial Youth Leader of All Progressives Congress, APC, Lagos Central Senatorial District.

Mohammed, who is also the Initiator and Coordinator of Intercontinental Wrestle Force Championship, an international wrestling competition being planned to celebrate the achievement of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, presented to Hon. Obasa a frame with the pictures and artistic impression of the Speaker on it.

While responding, the Speaker appreciated the role Prince Mohammed played in the success of APC during the 2015 general election in Lagos.

He said, “We see Prince as a loyal party member, who always has particular interest about the welfare of others. I’m so glad with this visit to the House of Assembly and I want to assure you on behalf my other colleagues that we won’t betray the confidence the people of the state repose in us.

He added, “What you have done today was a patriotic observation, monitoring what the House is doing and showing interest on our legislative work. I really appreciate this.”
