Shalina Healthcare Celebrates 40 Years Of Affordable, Accessible Healthcare

Shalina Healthcare Nigeria Ltd, a leading provider of affordable, high-quality healthcare solutions in Africa, marked its 40th anniversary with a grand celebration and a week-long medical outreach in Lagos State.

The milestone event brought together staff, partners, and stakeholders to commemorate four decades of dedication to improving healthcare accessibility across Africa.

The anniversary party was a vibrant and joyous occasion, attended by employees and distinguished guests, including representatives from Looking A.N Choice and Pharm Okewole of the Central Medical Store.

The event was filled with heartfelt speeches, entertainment, and an atmosphere of gratitude and camaraderie.

Mrs. Opeyemi Akinyele, MD/Head of Pharma Business at Shalina Healthcare Nigeria Ltd, expressed appreciation to the staff for their unwavering dedication and contributions to the company’s success.

She reassured them that the best is yet to come, emphasizing Shalina’s commitment to making healthcare affordable and accessible to all Africans.

The celebrations were complemented by a medical outreach held from December 18th to 23rd, 2024, benefiting over 3,000 Lagos residents with free medical check-ups, consultations, and essential medications.

The outreach, conducted across five major markets, focused on common health concerns such as hypertension, diabetes, malaria, and infectious diseases.

As Shalina Healthcare looks to the future, it remains steadfast in its mission to expand its impact and ensure that no one is left behind in the pursuit of better health.
