Street Soccer Enters Semi Finals Stage In Lagos

The ongoing Street Soccer Tournament taking place in Lagos has reached the semi finals stage.

In the semi final pairings, Obalende Central take on Dodan Barracks by 9am, while Obalende North face Obalende South by 9:30am on Sunday at the Obalende Suya Junction football field, Lagos Island.

In the quarter final matches played recently,IKOB lost 2-5 to Obalende Central,Dodan Barracks pip CDA 1-0, Obalende North humiliated Manuwa/Keffi 4-1,while Obalende South defeated MOPOL 2/24 2-1 on penalty shootout after 2-2 at the regulation time.

Commenting on the three aside tournament,match coordinator,Kade Oluwafemi sincerely appreciated the community leaders and vibrant youth for coming out to support the football match and maintaining peace throughout the event.

“Your unity and sportsmanship made the day a success.A big thank you to the LOC and all facilitators for your hardwork and dedication. We truly value your commitment.We can’t wait to see you all again at the next match. Thank you once again,”he said.
