A 28-year old teacher, Aina Adedayo, has landed in trouble in Lagos State after he was allegedly caught for engaging a 15-year old boy in anal sex inside the school premises.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at St. Doregas Private Academy, Akin Ogun area of Ipaja, Lagos, where the boy was said to have attended class lessons.
The suspect has been arrested for rape and unlawfully having carnal knowledge of the boy.
According to Police sources, the suspect lured the boy after the class lessons and penetrated him forcefully through his anus having rubbed cream on his dick for easy penetration.
However, in the process the boy was seriously injured him on the anus; was said to have bled and had severe pains in his anus.
When he got home and was unable to bear it, he informed his parents about what happened in the school when he attended class lessons. The matter was reported to the Police at Gowon Estate Division. Police operatives then arrested Adedayo and later transferred him to the SCID, Yaba, for further investigation over the conduct.
After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ebute Metta Magistrates Court for statutory rape.
The Court did not take his plea when he was arraigned after the prosecutor,  Supol Paul, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice since the victim is still a minor. Hence, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.M. Ajayi, ordered his remand in the Correctional Centre pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice while directing the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP.
The matter was adjourned pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
