The Sage Mounts The Stage Today!

Posted on November 7, 2024

The 13th Convocation Lecture of the Veritas University, Abuja will be delivered today by Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR, the Governor of Anambra State.

The Ivory Tower anywhere in the world is home to a Soludo having been one who has ascended meritoriously the zenith of the tower over two decades ago. Thus, this is a homecoming for the erudite Professor of Economics and teacher of econometrics for many years.

What Soludo would bring to such an august gathering is to be anticipated, and I am most certain he would never disappoint. With the intellection of an accomplished researcher and a sterling record of excellent public service that has always been nothing short of transformational, Soludo qualifies as a Sage, and Philosopher-King. A thought leader the Nation at large eagerly awaits his position at critical times.

Today is yet another day of practical erudition. The question on everybody’s lips is; “what will Soludo say?”.
