The Solution FC: More Than A Nomenclature!

Posted on December 13, 2023

The success of the Solution FC boys is more important than banal sidetalks of name or normenclature. This is what many Ndi Anambra across social media are opining. For a moment, as the young lads chanted songs of adulation to God at a breakfast meeting with Mr Governor yesterday, I imagined the human capital gain that the solution fc has saved the State. The youthful energies that, otherwise, may be wrongly deployed if this initiative were not in place.

Ndi Anambra at this point need huge investments in human Capital development, because this is the greatest resource of the State at the moment and even in the future. I imagine that the Solution FC is part of the non-kinetic approach to addressing youth restiveness and providing some direction and a sense of self worth to these young boys. Nothing should matter more than this.

I am excited, like many Ndi Anambra that there is a government in place that has undertaken to develop Anambra’s human capital across sectors. God willing, many of the Solution FC boys will begin to get invites for National assignments, some others will make it to the international stage. This is what Soludo means when he says Anambra will develop human capital that is competitive at home and exportable abroad.

I believe the best is still to come, because the Solution is Here!
