Two teenagers, a 15-year old boy and 12-year old girl (names withheld) are now in the police net at Ejigbo Division after they were caught having sex in the girl’s mother room in Lagos.

The incident happened at Agbeda Street, Ejigbo area of Lagos where both teens’ parents reside.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that the boy sneaked into the girl’s parents a room apartment when both parents were not around and they both embarked on a marathon sex after watching pornographic video through a phone.
They were so engrossed in the sex romp and oblivious of when the girl’s mother returned from work, opened the door net and caught them.

She raised an alarm and both the boy and the girl were arrested and taken to the police station where the police are already interrogating the minors.
The angry girl’s mother who hails from Akwa Ibom State said she had to report the matter to the police because aside that the boy abused her daughter, he also has effrontery to sleep with her  daughter on her matrimonial bed.
But the boy’s mother from Anambra State told the police that her son did not commit any offence because it was the girl that lured him into their house and seduced him.
When our reporter visited the station on Thursday, the teenagers, who are now suspects, were still at the station and were detained at the counter and not inside cell.
Efforts to speak with the Officer-in-charge, OC proved abortive after he confirmed the incident and declined to speak.
Police source said they are in a dilemma on what to do concerning the matter because the girl’s mother was the complainant against the boy.
According to the source, the boy cannot be charged for rape because it was obvious both consented to the act and if the police charge the boy for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace, the girl would also be culpable too.
There was no decision yet by the police as at the time of filing this report as the police advised both parents to embrace peace because the suspects are still under age.
