Unity Preseason Tournament Climax On Saturday

The final of the 2022 edition of the Unity Preseason Tournament will be played on Saturday 29 October at Area 3 playing pitch Garki Abuja.

According to the General Coordinator of the tournament Patrick Ngwaogu, expected at the final match will be various football stakeholders and administrators in both the NFF and the FCT.

Ngwaogu said that various individual awards and trophies will be presented at end of the match. He said that the tournament has lived up to its expectations as teams have used it to assess their teams and are poised to make necessary adjustments towards the commencement of the League.

Ngwaogu who was the former First Vice Chairman of the FCT Football Association expressed his appreciation to the residents of the Federal Capital Territory who have all accepted the tournament as their own, the President of the Nigeria Football Federation Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau for sparing time to watch some of the matches.

Ngwaogu said the finalists will be determined after the semi-final matches on Friday.
