Victory Gbakara wins Nigerian Idol season 8

Talented singer and lawyer, Victory Gbakara, has emerged winner of the 8 edition of Nigeria’s favorite reality TV music talent show, Nigerian Idol.
Gbakara was announced winner at the season finale on Sunday, having secured more votes from viewers than runner-up, Precious Mac.
For winning the show, which ran for sixteen weeks, Gbakara won N35m cash prize and other prizes with millions of Naira.
