Who Has Chekwas Okorie Not Blackmailed?

Posted on July 18, 2024

Let’s begin with Chekwas’ personal memoir published in 2022.

When I wrote yesterday that Chekwas Okorie is a serial Blackmailer, some persons didn’t understand how deeply he thrives on this. For a man whose 293 page memoir published in 2022 did not capture any aspect of any known productive economic activity upon which he survived all this years — either as a business man or worker — it is understandable why he misappropriated funds as a political leader and was subsequently shown the way out by those who saw his attempt at converting APGA to a lifelong personal business.

In his traditional style of blackmailing everything and everyone, I would be dropping excerpts from his book. Today, I would start with page 225 of his book, where he attached a Newspaper cutout showing a headline sponsored by him in 2005 where he accused Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu of “Selling APGA” to President Obasanjo. Then you would be forced to ask, “who has Chekwas Okorie not blackmailed?”

From President Obasanjo, to Ojukwu; Peter Obi to Victor Umeh. And now, Governor Soludo. Chekwas must be given to this as some habit. What’s interesting is that at every point of his balckmail, the story remains the same. Indeed, the more things change, the more they remain the same.
