A 67-year old married man, Ali Mohammed, has been arrested after he was allegedly caught having sex with a 14-year old girl inside an uncompleted building in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Peace Estate in Iba area of Lagos where they reside.

It was gathered that Mohammed, who was married, had wife and children, reportedly lured the victim into the uncompleted building, got her confused, removed her pant and penetrated her.

However, while the romp was going on, one of their neighbours, who saw them when they reportedly sneaked into the place went there to find out what they were doing and met them in the act. He then raised alarm which attracted other residents to the uncompleted building.
They were thereafter handed over to the Police at Iba Division for investigation.
During interrogation, Mohammed admitted that he actually slept with her but had not finished before they were caught and he had to disengage from her.
The victim on the other hand, said that she was lured to the place and it the old who removed her pant and penetrated her. She narrated that she did not raise alarm because she was afraid that he might harm her if she refused.
The Police found Mohammed culpable and held him for defilement because the victim was a minor.
This was confirmed by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bala Elkana.
He said that on 2nd July, 2019, at about 1200 hours, one Harrison Chukwereuke, of Peace Estate reported at Iba Police Station that he caught one Aliyu Ali Mohammed having sexual intercourse with a 14-year old girl (name withheld) inside an uncompleted building in the estate.
Elkana revealed that the suspect was found culpable during investigation and has been charged to Court for the alleged offence.
