Man Charged For Rape After Sucking Lady’s Breasts

A man, Mr. Timothy Nwokeoma has landed in trouble in Lagos after he tricked a young lady into his house, sucked her breasts and thereafter  engaged her in a sex romp.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ajala Bello Street, Ifako Ijaiye area of Lagos where both the victim and the suspect resided.

It was gathered that the defendant lured the victim into his apartment, teased her before he sucked her breasts, she became more confused and then he removed her pant and penetrated her without resistance.

However, after the romp she realised herself and cried claiming that she was raped by the defendant because he had unlawful carnal knowledge of her without her consent.

The alleged rape was reported to the Police at Area G Command who ordered the arrest of the suspect. At the Command, it was gathered that the suspect admitted that he slept with her but that when they were in the act that she did not resist it.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the police found him culpable in the manner the romp took place and the insistence of the victim that it was not her consent.

He was charged before Ogba Magistrate court for unlawfully touching and having carnal knowledge of the victim without her consent.

Nwokeoma pleaded not guilty.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi granted him bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.
That happened as the prosecutor, Supol E. Ayomire did not object to his bail. However, Nwokeoma was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 31 May, 2018.
