P.M.EXPRESS can exclusively report that Nigerian star player, Obafemi Martins, is set to open his own night club and hotel somewhere in Victoria Island Lagos in December this year.
Sources close to the Super Eagles forward revealed that the night club and hotel business will rival top clubs like Quilox and DNA in Lagos when the business swings into full operations.
P.M. EXPRESS reports that the night club and hotel business won’t be Martins’ investments alone, as the Shanghai Greenland Shenhua F.C. star owns top houses in Lekki, Ajah and Victoria Garden VGC, FESTAC and estate in Ikeja and Iju area of Agege all in Lagos. He also owns a top estate in Como in Italy, which is valued millions of Euros.
The night club and hotel business is yet to be named as Martins was sighted at the site with some Chinese workers recently.
The Nigerian striker is yet to quit active football. The former Inter Milan and Newcastle striker, Martins, revealed that he has no immediate plans to retire yet.
The 34-year old was tipped to quit football in 2018, after a hamstring injury stirred his move from Shanghai Shenhua. However, ‘Obagoal’ feels he still has plenty to offer football and his fatherland.
