2 Married Men Docked For Sleeping With Girl,15

Two adulterous married men,  Sikiru Idowu, 48 and Tunde Lasis 42, have landed in trouble after they secretly slept with their neighbour’s 15-year old girl in Lagos State.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that they were exposed by the girl and were arrested.

The incident happened at Ketu in Epe area of Lagos State, where they reside.

According to Police sources, the two married men were secretly sleeping with the girl despite the fact that they were married until they were exposed.

The alleged defilement was reported to the Police in the area and they were arrested. The two men were later transferred to the Gender Section of the Command.

During interrogation, they denied until the girl reportedly confronted them. They were found culpable and subsequently charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for defilement.

The  Court did not take their plea after the prosecutor, Supol Kehinde Ajayi, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. A. Ajibade, ordered their remand in custody and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice.

The matter was adjourned till 29th July, 2021, for the DPP’s report to be available while the defendants will remain in custody at Kirikiri town pending the outcome of the DPP’s report, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court over jurisdiction.
