2 Men Docked For Recording Themselves While Gang Raping Girl,17, In Hotel

Two men, Oluwole Ayinde, 29 and Adeyemi Damola, have been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly gang raping a girl, 17 and recording of video with pictures while having sex with her in hotel.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 8th August, 2025, at Jarul Hotel, Agege Motor Road, Bolade, Oshodi area of Lagos, where they lured the girl to.
The matter was reported to the Police in the area and the suspects were arrested. They were later transferred to the Gender Section of the State Command for interrogation over the alleged offence.
According to the Police, the suspects lured the girl to the hotel, forced her to remove her pants, inserted their fingers into her private part and later penetrated her one after the other.
While they penetrating her, they used their phone to recorded the action.
The charges read:
“That you, Oluwole Ayinde ‘m’ and Adeyemi Damola ‘m’, on the 8th day of August, 2025, at about 1000hours, at Jarul Hotel, Agege Motor Road, Bolade Oshodi Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did conspire amongst yourselves to commit felony to wit: defilement and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 411 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.”
COUNT II:”That you, Oluwole Ayinde ‘m’ and Adeyemi Damola ‘m’, on the same date, time and place, in the aforesaid Magisterial District, did defile one girl ‘f 17years old, by having unlawful carnal knowledge of her and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 137 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.”
COUNT III:” That you, Oluwole Ayinde ‘m’ and Adeyemi Damola ‘m’, on the same date, time and place, in the aforesaid Magisterial District, sexually penetrated one girl ‘f 17years old, by fingering her vagina and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 261 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.”
COUNT IV:”That you, Oluwole Ayinde ‘m’ and Adeyemi Damola ‘m’, on the same date, time and place, in the aforesaid district, did conduct yourselves in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by making video and pictures of one girl, 17, ‘f’ when both of you were having sexual intercourse with her and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 168(d) of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.”
However,  the Court did not take their plea after the prosecutor, Inspector Lucky Ihiehie, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice because of the seriousness of the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O. Tanimola, ordered their remand in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for legal advice.
The matter was adjourned for mention for the report of the DPP’s advice to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
