2023: My Sincere Advice To APGA Delegates, Oyi/Ayamelum Federal Constituency, Anambra

Posted on April 11, 2022

DR. HARRIS CHUMA-ODILI FCMsp, (OGENE IGBO)

The truth is that the 2023 general election is the APGA’s best chance of wrestling power from PDP in Oyi/Ayamelum Federal Constituency in view of the apparent incompetence and failure of the incumbent Barr Ekene Ofumelu of the PDP.

If the delegates vote anyone, who is not Lady Maureen Gwacham as House of  Representatives candidate, it will show that the party is unserious in the eye of constituent members of Oyi/Ayamelum, who are terribly disappointed at the poor representation of the PDP.
APGA delegates should not fall into the hands of PDP by not electing Lady Maureen Gwacham as their candidate.

I wish to appeal to the over 200 APGA delegates to House of Representatives primary election in May, 2022, kindly be more patriotic and reasonable by voting for less controversial candidate with no political baggage, a candidate that is less controversial, less divisive that would command huge support cutting across clannish divides. You should in the name of God ignore the directive of your political godfathers and vote for the survival of Oyi/Ayamelum and the interest of your children and grand, great grandchildren by voting with a clear conscience.

If you ignore this advice by voting against Lady Maureen Gwacham in view of the apparent catastrophe that your action will cause the constituency, posterity and history will never forgive you and APGA will not have another chance to salvage the Constituency from the hands of selfish politicians.

Ekenem!
